Responsibilities:
• Selling/ Leasing Tradeshows/ Exhibitions/ Events/ Conferences space showcases to NGO, Corporations and Local Businesses in line with the operational targets.
• Issuing sales correspondence, continual follow-up with exhibitors regarding contracts (approving, signing, modifying as well as terms and mode of payment)
• Collect payment from exhibitors for Local & International Fairs
• Operational duties: To assist in the execution / build up of Tradeshows/ Exhibitions/ Events/ Conferences, including customer service support to exhibitors before, during and after the Fairs.
Required Skills:
• Education: Min High School, University degree is plus
• Experience: minimum 3 years in Sales or PR
• Gender & Age: Male or Female (21-35)
• Personality: Active, dynamic, well groomed, works under pressure, managerial abilities, good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, strong team player toward achieving the project targets.

Operations Manager
Circle-Lebanon
Scope:To manage Beirut operations and support small operations in Jordan, Syria, and Erbil. To answer plan event’s requirements and ensure that logistics are met on time and within the clients’ budget and as per Company standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the current operation and existing team in Beirut and be their guide, planner and policy maker to expand the operation to the desired levels and potential
• Take on the regular duties in overseeing the day to day financial operations, technical and administrative decisions related to personnel and technical labor and set targets to insure that Circle achieves maximum productivity and profitability at the most economical overhead
• Full involvement in tenders (when and where applicable), cost estimation and budgets prior to submission to clients
• Create a sound marketing plan by utilizing existing personnel and if need be, recruit appropriate personnel for that purpose
• Establish (within a to – be – agreed period) budget forecast of income and expenses
• Oversee and follow up on project costs, estimation and general company expenses in parallel with the finance manager and under the guidance and supervision of the Group President
• Insure client satisfaction, and maintain or establish a relation of confidence with existing clients (particularly our partners IFP) and any new clients
• Willing to travel to other stations (e.g. Amman, Damascus or Erbil) to follow up on company’s contracts and potential business to evaluate the markets there
• Work under the supervision of the Group President where constant communication is to be maintained and to submit regular reports on general progress, achievements and the well being of the operation. Initially a training period (in Dubai and Beirut) will deem necessary for acquaintance and familiarization with the nature and details of the exhibition business and industry
Required Skills:
• University graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Interior Design. Master degree is a plus.
• Age less than 35 years, and willing to travel to Amman, Damascus and Erbil.
• 6 to 8 years experience with hands-on and on site work, knowledge of material, cost estimation and supervision. Some knowledge of budget financial forecasting.
